Culture and training are top priorities for BMG. We invest deeply in our training programs, talented regional specialists and a a central team that has over 80 years of combined senior living and hospitality experience. Our training provides the most modern and effective methods of learning for our front line staff. We continuously work on ways to better cultivate learning and growth. Recently we launched a computer based learning management system we call BMG University. At BMG U our teams can not only stay current with regulatory training from the comfort of their mobile device or home, but they can expand their learning through specialized BMG certifications. Our staff receive extensive technical and soft skills training to enhance the lives of residents. We believe that our entire organization is only as good as our teams that care for our residents.
We are passionate about our care processes, financial optimization and facility management obligations to our stakeholders. The owners of BMG communities know that our attention to our mission and core values permeates through best in industry results. It is important to us to have clear expectations for our leaders. Three meals a day and coffee is something you will hear at every senior living community. We sincerely push for more. Our global executive chef has unmatched experience hospitality culinary arts, and together with our dining partners we have established a modern way to ensure our residents have the comfort food they love, with some innovative signature dishes worthy of 5 star restaurants. We listen to the residents daily, formally with resident council meetings. And our a la cart menu always provide choice.
